Making Meaning through expressive art, voice, reflection and psychology
Welcome
I’m Amanda Rowe, a London, Ontario artist, psychotherapist, and musician. My creative practice moves between painting, voice, writing, psychology, memory, and reflection.
I use art, music, and writing as forms of exploration, expression, release, and meaning-making — a kind of active meditation. Through image, colour, gesture, voice, and words, I look for patterns, recurring threads, and the deeper connections that help me understand myself, others, and the world more clearly.
Music brings embodiment and resonance into the process, deepening the felt sense of what is being explored. Across these practices, I am interested in what emerges when feeling, perception, memory, and expression begin to meet.
Welcome to my creative journey.
